I'm Greg, the founder of Croydon Sports Massage, a level 3 qualified sports and pregnancy massage therapist.
As someone who leads an active lifestyle – rock climbing around the world, cycling the streets of London, and hiking with my dog – I know first-hand the importance of proper muscle care. Having dealt with my fair share of sports injuries and sore muscles, I've made sports massage a regular part of my self-care routine for years.
I'm passionate about helping others achieve the same relief and recovery through tailored treatments.

I’ve had treatments from Greg for a couple of months now and as a keen runner/ cyclist I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Regular massages have definitely helped with recovery after events and with general aches and pains. 👌🏼 (also his massage music selection is top notch!). I’ll be back.

I went to Croydon Sports Massage for a pre and post-marathon treatment. Loved how Greg took the time to understand my training regime and performance goals as well as what areas I wanted to focus on in the massage. Felt incredible after both treatments - much more limber. When I first stood up, I could have sworn that I'd grown a few cm! Found the post marathon treatment brilliant in aiding recovery.

Visited Greg after squats and deadlifts had left me stiff and tight across my lower back. 45 minutes sorted me out, instant relief and I was comfortably back in the gym a few days later!
